A. AgriQ Workflow:

• Farmer Information: Name, phone number, village, land details, bank account details (for payment disbursement).
• Produce Data: Quality scores, crop type, sub-lot records, produce quantity, and price calculations.
• Procurement Data: Trade records, payment status, transaction history, buyer information.

B. EyePhy Workflow:

• Grain Sample Images: Captured through 2D/360 portable device for analysis.
• Test Metadata: Timestamp, device ID, location, crop type, test results (physical purity).
• Commands and Reports: Usage patterns, test commands sent, reports generated.

C. Usage Data:

• Interaction with the app
• SMS and WhatsApp communication records

The Application may collect certain information automatically, including device type, device ID, IP address, operating system, browser type, and usage information.

Location services may be used to determine your city location. You can disable location services in your device settings, but this may limit certain app functionalities.

AgriQ is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used to provide and improve our services, including:

• To facilitate farmer registration and procurement tracking.
• To record sub-lot quality and generate sample-wise quality reports.
• To automatically calculate prices linked to quality and market rates.

• FPOs (Farmer Producer Organizations): For managing farmer-member records and procurement processes.
• Payment Gateways/Banks: For disbursing farmer payments through linked bank accounts.
• Technology Partners: For device integration, analytics, or support (only with necessary safeguards).

• With your consent or at your direction

• All data is stored securely on cloud servers with encryption and restricted access.
